Pricing
Embroidery custom shoes start at $300 (base embroidery + paint design only).
This base price includes a hand-painted and embroidered design, carefully stitched and detailed by hand to achieve a standout, luxury finish.
Additional custom features can be added for an extra charge and selected separately at checkout:

Turnaround Time
All pairs are made-to-order and handcrafted with care. Please allow up to 4 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for completion before shipping. You’ll receive progress updates throughout production and a tracking number once your order ships.
Refunds, Exchanges & Final Sale
Because each pair is individually designed, customized, and handcrafted specifically for you, all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless an order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed design.
If you believe there is a defect or mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details — we will review your claim and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
