What is the refund/return/exchange policy?
At RedCustoms LLC, every pair is built by hand — designed, customized, and crafted exclusively for you. Because each order is made to order and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design. If you believe there’s been an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and order details.

What Is The Production & Turnaround Time For Customs?
All RedCustoms LLC products are handcrafted and made-to-order with precision, creativity, and care. Each design is individually built from scratch — no mass production, no shortcuts.
Please allow up to 4 business weeks (excluding weekends and major holidays) for your order to be completed before shipping. Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on design complexity, order volume, and any additional custom features requested.
You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process and a tracking number once your order ships.

RedCustoms LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once a tracking number has been issued and the order is marked as shipped.
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and secure before completing your order. Once an item is in transit, delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, ETC.) using your provided tracking number. If your package appears delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier immediately for assistance and investigation.

- Clean carefully: Use a soft, damp cloth or sneaker-safe cleaner for gentle touch-ups. Avoid soaking, bleach, or harsh chemicals.
- Let them air dry: If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally - never use direct heat, hair dryers, or sunlight.
- Extra protection (optional): While your pair is already sealed, you can reapply a clear sneaker protectant spray every few months for added durability.
- Store smart: Keep your customs in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent cracking or fading.

Is Shipping included in the cost?
RedCustoms charges a flat $20 shipping fee for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and other U.S. territories are determined by location and carrier rates at checkout.
